Chipotle E. Coli Outbreak
In the fall of 2015, more than 50 people became ill with E. Coli after eating at Chipotle. People in nine states have been affected, including Oregon and Washington.
The E. Coli outbreak is not the only food poisoning problem Chipotle has had. In August of 2015, more than 60 people became ill after contracting Norovirus at a Chipotle location in California. And in September of 2015, at least 45 people became ill after eating tainted tomatoes at Chipotle restaurants in Minnesota.
If you became ill after eating at Chipotle, we encourage you to contact our law firm to discuss your case.
Helping Victims Of Food Poisoning
If you contracted this after eating in a restaurant or purchasing food at a grocery store, convenience store or elsewhere, you may be entitled to compensation.
At Pickett Dummigan McCall LLP, we thoroughly investigate our food poisoning cases to determine at what point the food became contaminated. This may have occurred during the manufacturing of the food product or during the food preparation. When we discover the cause of the food poisoning, we will hold the responsible party (restaurant, manufacturer, etc.) accountable for the damage caused.
We represent victims of all types of food poisoning, including Salmonella, E. Coli, Listeria, Norovirus, botulism, and others.
