Juliana Minn

About 

Juliana earned her law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, where she focused her studies on providing counsel to businesses, researching the nuances of civil procedure and intellectual property, and judicial opinion writing.

Following law school, Juliana dedicated her practice to helping businesses and artists secure and exercise their intellectual property rights. She most recently served as director of Lewis & Clark Law School’s Small Business Legal Clinic, where she oversaw the creation and implementation of programs designed to assist low-income entrepreneurs.

Juliana was inspired to become a lawyer after watching her single-mother navigate systems while running a small business and raising two children. Her lived experience fuels her passion for helping others and bringing about positive change in Oregon. 

Outside of work, Juliana enjoys producing music with her Bay Area friends, reading, cycling, and camping.
