Xavier is a dedicated attorney committed to standing up for individuals whose lives have been disrupted by injury. With a deep sense of empathy and purpose, he strives to ensure that every client receives the fair treatment and quality representation they deserve.
Xavier earned his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he discovered his passion for trial work through Harvard’s renowned Trial Advocacy Workshop. Under the mentorship of distinguished trial attorneys, he developed the courtroom skills and confidence that continue to define his practice today.

Before joining Pickett Dummigan Weingart, Xavier practiced criminal defense and family law, gaining valuable experience advocating for clients during some of the most challenging moments in their lives. Now, he focuses exclusively on personal injury and motor vehicle collision cases. As a first-generation American, Xavier brings a unique understanding of the barriers hardworking individuals, particularly those new to this country, often face when seeking justice.
